Job scope:

 

Your work may include finding houses list on the market or locating buyers who want assistance, advise sellers or buyers on sale and purchase procedures, writing advertising, showing property and "pre-qualifying" to advise buyers on what they can afford to look at.

 

When a match is found between buyer and seller, you will negotiate purchase agreements, help buyers arrange financing, serve as liaison with lawyers and bankers. You will monitor paperwork to assure smooth progress to eventual transfer of title.
