iProp Realty Sdn. Bhd. is a real estate firm based in the city of Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. The firm’s core business is the provision of services, which cater specifically to the needs of clients in the selling, purchasing and leasing of property. iProp Realty handles all sorts of property types –– residential, commercial, industrial, land and project marketing

The firm is registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia, which in turn regulates all valuers, appraisers and estate agents practicing in the country. In December 2004, an alliance formed between eTrens Properties, LMC, RealVest and H&B lead to the eventual formation of iProp Realty. As a result of the merger iProp has four branches located in various hotspots throughout the state, together with a sales force of over 70 experienced negotiators and an extensive network of real estate professionals, lawyers and financial institutions, iProp is ready to serve its customers with highest quality and standard.

The partners of iProp are Mr Victor Lim; Ms Loretta Marie Cheow, Ms Katherine Ho and Mr Chan Khai Boon . All four partners have been in the real estate business for more than 15 years.
